Tim Bowman

Tim Bowman documents the landscape in Winston- Salem, his adopted hometown. He uses antique photographic processes and refashioned equipment to record his actual environment, as well as made up ones. Originally trained in film photography, Bowman rediscovered darkroom work after two decades of manipulating moving images for film and television. He is currently working with paper negatives in large format cameras and other historical photographic printing processes.
