About the Artwork: This painting was inspired by a 232 day mantra practice to Ganesh that I began over the summer. Here, Ganesh, the remover of obstacles is woven together with the hamsa, a symbol of protection. A DNA helix represents our material world. It rises up toward the spirit in flight signifying the prayer that All Beings Be Free. Snake journeys upward toward the third eye with the prayer that our personal transformation be a simple as shedding a skin and may we see ourselves and the world through the loving eyes of the divine.
 
About the Art with Heart Donation: Being so moved by the devastation of Western Carolina, I all proceeds from this sell will be donated to the American Red Cross.
