About the Artwork: I painted these strawflowers from life as a way to be truly present—capturing a singular moment that will never happen exactly the same way again. While the process of painting is an exercise in living in the "now," the flowers themselves tell a deeper story. I titled this "Everlast" because these dried flowers keep their color and form long after they're cut, serving as a beautiful reminder of the memories we get to keep even as time moves on.
